Let's verify your income
We’ll send your payment records from your employer(s) to LDH to verify your income. Most people complete this process in about 5 minutes. Just follow these steps:

Search and sign into your employer or online payroll provider.
Use the login credentials you have for viewing your online pay stub. We won’t share or keep your login information. If you work for an app, like Uber, this would be the same login when you sign into the Uber app.

Review your payment information.
You will be able to preview and approve everything that is shared with LDH.

Submit your payment information.
We’ll automatically send it to LDH. This will help you prove your income and can help LDH get to a decision faster.
You can use this tool if you have earned income in the last 90 days (even if you’re no longer working), and you can access your paystubs online or work for an app-based company like Uber, Lyft or Amazon Flex.
If you need to report your income and can’t use this tool, then you’ll need to share your income information for this job directly with LDH. You can:
- Upload documents through the Self Service Portal online at https://mymedicaid.la.gov/
- Send documents through US Mail: Louisiana Medicaid/LaCHIP, P.O. Box 91283, Baton Rouge, LA 70821-9278
- Email documents: MyMedicaid@la.gov
- Bring your documents to the Medicaid office of choice.
