We’ll send your payment records from your employer(s) to LDH to verify your income. Most people complete this process in about 5 minutes. Just follow these steps:

Search and sign into your employer or online payroll provider.
Use the login credentials you have for viewing your online pay stub. We won’t share or keep your login information. If you work for an app, like Uber, this would be the same login when you sign into the Uber app.

Review your payment information.
You will be able to preview and approve everything that is shared with LDH.

Submit your payment information.
We’ll automatically send it to LDH. This will help you prove your income and can help LDH get to a decision faster.

Report My Income is a tool that helps collect income from your employer(s) and send it to your state benefits office.
You can use this tool if you have earned income in the last 90 days and you:
- Can access your paystubs online or,
- Work for an app-based company like Uber or Lyft
Yes, your data is secure. We use strong encryption, like the kind banks use, to protect your information.
Your login credentials and payment information are securely transmitted and not stored by us.
You'll need to share your income information directly with LDH if:
- You can't report your income with this tool, or
- You haven't worked in the past 90 days
- Upload documents through the Self Service Portal online at https://mymedicaid.la.gov/
- Send documents through US Mail: Louisiana Medicaid/LaCHIP, P.O. Box 91283, Baton Rouge, LA 70821-9278
- Email documents: MyMedicaid@la.gov
- Bring your documents to the Medicaid office of choice.
